Our Beginner to Advanced Belt classes run Monday through Thursday and are available to all 7 and up, with no required fitness level or age maximum. We believe at PKSA East Lansing that all have the capability to learn and practice the art of karate alongside peers in an encouraging, uplifting, and respectful setting. Self-discipline and confidence are woven into our curriculum, basic karate skills and the aforementioned values empowering you/your child to not only have the ability to defend in a practical way, but also apply positive principles in everyday life.

Friday Night Sparring is a phenomenal class to attend for
those looking to fine-tune their fighting skills.
